“A holiday is worth 100 tea parties”

A first for Befriended! We had the joy of taking 47 people away on our first holiday break. We went to Isle of Wight and had a fantastic week together. One lady summed it up by saying “I have seen lots of people at tea parties, choir and balance but never had the time or made the effort to have a meaningful conversation, this holiday I have got to know so many people through enjoying meal times together, learning new activities, walking or just sitting and chatting, I have now made so many real friendships”
