Church Partnerships

At Befriended, our work is enriched through our partnerships with local churches.

Rooted in a shared Christian faith and a commitment to loving people, these relationships are central to all that we do.

Churches generously open their doors, offering warm and welcoming spaces where people can gather, build friendships, and experience a genuine sense of belonging. These venues become places of hospitality, care, and community, reflecting God’s love in action.

Many of our church partners also support us by encouraging members of their congregations to volunteer. These volunteers bring kindness, compassion, and a heart to serve, embodying the commitment Befriended has in making life better for those who may feel lonely or isolated.

We are also incredibly thankful for the financial support given by some churches. This generosity enables us to continue and grow our work, reaching more people with friendship, hope, and practical support.

Together, we are united in a shared mission: to serve our communities, to show God’s love in tangible ways, and to ensure that no one feels alone.

If you would like to discuss what it would look like for your church to partner with Befriended, we would love to hear from you.

“It is a joy to work in collaboration with Befriended, and so exciting to witness how lives are being enriched by generous love and hospitality through the Hurstpierpoint Tea Parties.”
