Balance
Building balance and confidence together
Falls prevention with fun! Join us for Befriended Balance – a fun, sociable falls prevention exercise class designed to improve your strength, stamina, and stability in a relaxed and friendly environment. We know exercise isn’t everyone’s favourite thing, but when you’re with a great bunch of people, it becomes something to look forward to! Our lovely instructor, Steph, is caring and knowledgeable, making sure the class is suitable for all abilities—whether you're new to exercise or already active.
About Balance

We meet on Wednesdays at 2pm at Gateway Baptist Church on Station Road in Burgess Hill for a one-hour class, followed by a social time with tea and cake, because why not enjoy a treat after a good workout? We’re also delighted to welcome students from Worth School, adding a wonderful intergenerational feel to the sessions.
We suggest a £5 donation to help cover costs. We’d love to see you there!
Befriended is looking for partnership funding to facilitate the rollout of this activity.
